Deciding to purchase my home here at Hickswood Crossing condos has resulted in a positive, satisfying transaction.

As such a purchase can become a stressful journey, I applaud the staff, Beth, April, Fred and Bill for continuously going above and beyond their responsibilities to assist me.

I am pleased to have had Beth work closely with me as she assisted me happily, readily and professionally with all my questions and issues. Beth has and continues to help me as I make this my home.

To Blue Ridge,

I just wanted to say that my decision on moving here to Hickswood Crossing was one of the best decisions that I have made. Beth and April made the process of home buying so easy! They are the best and will go the extra mile to help.

There are so many great things to say about Blue Ridge and the reasons I'm so happy to have moved here. Along with the quality of my home ,to the safe feeling I have when I walk my dog at night, it's truly a great place to live; plus, all of my neighbors are so friendly! I would totally buy a Blue Ridge home again!

I wanted to let you know what a joy Meg with Bellingham Park is to work with! She is truly a professional in every way. My husband and I recently purchased a condo in Bellingham Park in Wlmington and she helped us through the whole process and made us feel comfortable and welcomed. What a wonderful experience it has been because of Meg's help and guidance. We have waited years to make this purchase (of a 2nd home at the beach) and finally made that leap and we want to forward on our thanks to Meg for "hanging in there with us" while we went through this purchase. She is a loyal and dedicated employee in every way and it showed during our purchase. Please know that you have a wonderful employee that exceeded all of our expectations with her knowledge and professionalism.

Wow! What a great place to live! Absolutely every kind of shopping you need is close by; but the condo itself is the best! The extra room that can be a bedroom, an office or whatever you want is exceptional. We use it as a dining room/office combination. The place is so open and roomy that it feels a lot bigger than most other condos we've seen. Every time I come home with a week's worth of groceries, I'm sure grateful for the elevator! Thanks Blue Ridge.

Brenda and I would like to comment on our experience with Blue Ridge Residential in regard to the purchase of our condo at Lennox Square. Our experience with April Nunley was very satisfying. She was extremely helpful in explaining the provisions of the purchase contract and selecting our upgrades. We had purchased several houses in the past but never a condo, so many questions had to be asked and April was very helpful in that area.

In the process of selecting which condo to purchase there were a couple of times that it was neccesary for April to stay late in order for us to be able to speak with her regarding some details. She was extremely flexible and accomodating.

We would recommend anyone to inquire about purchasing property with Blue Ridge Companies.

I would like to take the opportunity to express my heartfelt thanks for making my new home buying process a wonderful event. I know that the purchase of a home can be stressful but you made this purchase quite rewarding. I actually enjoyed the experience.

Your knowledge and expertise with the home buying process was remarkable. Not only did you present every option, but I truly felt that you understood what I wanted and made sure I got exactly that. No more, no less. I appreciate that you did not put any pressure on my decision and did not forcibly present items that I did not need.

On both a professional and personal level, I really appreciate the time and patience that you had throughout the entire process. I also would like to express my thanks for the help that you gave me "after the sale". I have had several experiences in which the sales person forgot all about me once the sale was finalized. This is not true with you.

Again, thanks so much for all your help. I will never forget how well I was treated and would highly recommend you and Blue Ridge to anyone that wants a new home.

I was living in Myrtle Beach, SC when I decided to move close to my family in Clemmons, NC. I had looked at numerous homes in the area on previous visits. On one of these visits I saw the open sign on West Meadows building, stopped and looked at their model. I was impressed with the floor layout and the convenience of the location.

When my home in Myrtle Beach sold, I had only three weeks to make all the arrangements for packing, moving, finding a home in Clemmons in addition to taking care of the settlements on both ends. I looked up the West Meadows Sales Office number on their website and called. I explained my situation, and that I wanted to buy a condo on the third floor (there were 4 left at the time). Pam stayed after hours the day I drove to Clemmons and was extremely helpful and patient in helping me make all the decisions. Over the next three weeks, she helped with the logistics of scheduling the settlement time to coincide with my movers and she made sure my condo was ready when the moving day came. Since I’ve moved in, she has continued to be responsive to any questions I have.

I am extremely happy in my new home at West Meadows. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else and I would highly recommend West Meadows to anyone looking for a new condo home.

Just a note to let you know how much my wife Mary and I are enjoying our condo at Lennox Square.

We have been owners for ten months, are retired, and feel that this was a great move.

Lennox Square is not only a perfect fit for us but due to location and quality of construction it is a sound investment.

Our family members and friends who have visited us are very complimentary in their appraisal of our condo.

I would like to add that your sales associate Jennifer Revels has been very helpful and is certainly a plus for Blue Ridge.
